Buck Owens Production Company is looking for a Sales Assistant to assist in the Radio Sales, Camera Ads and Home Preview departments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliveries are made on Wednesdays for the Camera Ads publication
- Photos are taken on Monday’s and Friday’s at different dealership locations
- Communicate with Sales Managers to assist in meetings held with the sales employees
- Assist Receptionist in answering front desk phones
- Perform other duties as required/assigned by management
Requirements:
The successful candidates must be able to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. All employees are expected to bring a positive attitude to the work place and be cheerful, cooperative and productive. In addition, the right candidate must have:
- High school graduate
- Must be proficient in Mac & PC
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in an effective, timely and professional manner
- Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal and social media skills
