During her appearance on a recent episode of “Sesame Street,” country star Kacey Musgraves sang about her favorite colors.
A video shows Musgraves singing about colors, along with Muppets Elmo, Gabrielle, Count von Count, Big Bird, and Abby Cadabby.
Unable to pick any single color as her favorite, Musgraves ends up singing about all colors.
“Red sometimes means stop and love you a lot,” Musgraves and the Muppets sing about the color red. They then pick yellow as a favorite, singing, “yellow is the color of the sun.”
Finally, after running through a number of other colors, Abby Cadabby flies in to bring some real wisdom about favorite colors.
“Why do you have to decide?” she asks. “I love all the colours.”
Realizing she’s right, Musgraves sings, “The world is full of colors/ No one is better than the other. So let’s enjoy them all.”
Musgraves previously appeared on the pilot episode of Elmo’s “The Not-Too-Late Show” in 2020.
Anderson.Paak, Billie Eilish, Naomi Osaka and several others will also appear as celebrity guests in episodes of the 52nd season of “Sesame Street.”
