An annual Bakersfield tradition, the July 4th Community Celebration returns to the Park at River Walk, featuring a free fireworks show. The event will be live streamed by KERO 23 on turnto23.com, and music for the firework portion of the event will be simulcast by BULL 97.3 at 9:00PM.
